The E66 electric linear actuators utilize a motor to turn the spindle of the actuator up or down in order to push or pull the control to move the valve to a desired position. They are best used in applications where precise control and positioning are required.
These actuators can be mounted easily on all Baelz NA ANSI and DIN valves and are available in numerous power supply options, such as 115V, 230V, or 24V.
At Baelz NA, our line of electric linear actuators are manufactured with superior precision and minimal maintenance requirements. The E66 has an option to use a digital positioning board (Baelz 7020) which allows 0-10V or 4-20mA for modulation control.

Operation
The E66 electric linear actuator is controlled by either three-point or constant control in combination with 7020 position electronics. If an application involves high humidity levels, extreme variations in ambient temperature, or a combination of both, a heating resistor can be installed to minimize condensation within the actuator, as well as a stainless-steel insulated hood for extreme environmental conditions.
Accessories & Options
Baelz offers E66 electric linear actuators with the following options: continuous control or 3-point control. Both packages feature two additional limit switches and a heating resistor with a thermoswitch to mitigate damage caused by moisture. Continuous control includes a 1000-ohm potentiometer while the 3-point control provides a 5000-ohm variant.

Special Features
The E66 has an enclosure rating of IP65 and is available in for outdoor execution and includes a stainless steel, insulated hood, that provides full component protection. An internal heater and thermostat provide for great performance in subzero temperatures. The actuator motor has15,000 N thrust during operations.
The E66 also allows for continuously adjustable travel, meaning that the lever position can be adjusted in the field to meet the desired travel position. The actuator can support valves that have 44-66 mm of maximum stroke.
